1. Acceptance
By using freeimgtool.com (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
freeimgtool provides free, browser-based image utilities. There is no account, no payment, and no warranty. The Service is offered "as is".
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not own or have permission to process.
- Upload illegal content, CSAM, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or impersonate any person.
- Attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent rate limits or security of the Service.
- Resell or rebrand the Service without written permission.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of any image you upload. You grant freeimgtool a limited, temporary licence solely to process the image and return a result. Uploaded files are deleted automatically within an hour. See the privacy policy for details.
5. Output usage
You may use the processed output as your own, subject to the rights you hold in the source image. The Service adds no watermarks, no licence restrictions, and no attribution requirement.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, correctness, suitability, or that processing will succeed for any specific file. ML-based tools (anime, cartoon, sketch, object detection, age & gender, etc.) return best-effort results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, freeimgtool and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
8. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold freeimgtool harmless from claims arising out of content you upload or your violation of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
10. Termination
We may rate-limit, block, or remove access to the Service for any user who violates these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable consumer-protection law in the user's jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis.
